CONTENT WRITER

Job brief                         

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our editorial team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides and marketing copy.

Responsibilities      

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Submit work to editors for input and approval
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Promote content on social media
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Update website content as needed.

Requirements                                         

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, copywriter or similar role
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Blogger etc.)
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field

Management Trainee            

To qualify as a suitable candidate:

  • Receives training and performs duties in the department
    • Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. 
    • Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.

Business Development Executive

To qualify as a suitable candidate:

  • Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations
    • Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
    • Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
    • Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
    • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients
    • Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
    • Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Have completed at least Bachelor’s Degree or MBA

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans
    • Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
    • Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
    • Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India
    • Write compelling business proposals
    • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
    • Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
    • Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking
    • Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital
    • Demonstrate initiative and drive
    • Travel as required
